Many non-native English speakers would assume that 99% of the celebrities in Hollywood are from the United States. But truth be known, that Hollywood picks the best actors, that can speak English, which means that you will find Canadians- Mike Myers, English-Orlando Bloom and Jude Law, Australian, New Zealanders- Sam Neill, Scottish- Ewan McGregor, Irish- Liam Neeson, South African- Charlize Theron etc. Also there are people in the spotlight in areas like fashion, modelling, music and other industries.
For both the male and female to be in the list you have to have either pure attractiveness, a bit of the style that goes with it, and possibly also currently in the spotlight
